Working with your Abloy RFQ

Abloy's electromechanical lock range for doors (EL-series, such as EL560 and EL566) is specified by operating voltage, physical dimensions and mounting configuration — the model number alone isn't always enough since dimensions can differ between what looks like a similar lock size. A photo of the lock body and its mounting cutout, plus the operating voltage from the nameplate, is the fastest way to confirm the exact part.

Customers can send part numbers, maker references, equipment model data, serial numbers, nameplates, photos, drawings, old offers or previous supply documents. We review the information before quoting so the request is handled as a technical procurement task rather than a generic product search.

Brand names on this page are used only to identify equipment, models, parts and buyer search references.

EL-series electromechanical lock references

We check EL-series electromechanical lock references against maker data, dimensions and delivery need before sourcing.

access control hardware

Access control hardware are matched by voltage, I/O type and, ideally, a photo of the panel drawing or terminal layout.

door strike and keeper references

Door strike and keeper references are reviewed against maker reference, equipment model and any photos or drawings you can send.

voltage and mounting configuration verification

For voltage and mounting configuration verification, a part number, maker reference or old order line is usually enough to start the check.

replacement lock body requests

For replacement lock body requests, a part number, maker reference or old order line is usually enough to start the check.

How to send a useful Abloy RFQ

Attach the clearest technical information available. A single photo of a nameplate, an old offer line or a marked drawing can prevent delays when there are similar models, revisions or connection types.

If the item is obsolete or hard to identify, include dimensions, application notes and any alternative references already checked by your engineering team. We can review the request and reply by email with the next steps.
