About
A Poland-based B2B sourcing company focused on technical marine and industrial spare parts RFQs.
Passat Gear Trade sp. z o.o. supports marine and industrial customers who need spare parts identified and sourced by part number, maker, equipment model, serial number, nameplate, drawing, photo or old supply reference.
The company works with RFQs from vessels, shipyards, repair companies, vessel managers, industrial plants and maintenance teams. Brand names are used for identification purposes only.

How we work
Photos, drawings, nameplates and old references get compared against maker data and equipment context before a quote goes out — the goal is confirming fit, not just matching a keyword to a catalog listing.
Delivery
Once an RFQ is confirmed, we coordinate documentation, packing and delivery for vessels, shipyards and industrial sites, keeping the buyer updated through customs and freight handoffs.
Operations
A confirmed RFQ goes through a few concrete steps before it ships — consolidation, a final check, packing and dispatch. Here's roughly what that looks like.
Parts from different orders are grouped and checked against the RFQ before packing begins.
Packing and transport details are matched to the destination before the van leaves the warehouse.
Every carton is labelled against its order reference, so deliveries stay traceable end to end.
Drivers are briefed with the order and RFQ reference before pickup, to avoid mismatches at handoff.
Parts are checked once more during handling — a second pass before anything leaves the warehouse.
