How we handle Grundfos requests

Grundfos's CR range (CR, CRI, CRN, CRE, CRT) is a vertical multistage pump family used widely for feed water, pressure boosting and process duty. The model string encodes flow size, stage count and a material/seal/motor code all at once — for example CR3-17E-FGJ-A-E-HQQE means a CR3 (flow size), 17 stages, then material and seal-face codes — so the full string from the nameplate matters more than the base CR number alone. Many older CR variants are discontinued in favor of the current generation with the same footprint, which Grundfos's own replacement tool can usually confirm.

Customers can send part numbers, maker references, equipment model data, serial numbers, nameplates, photos, drawings, old offers or previous supply documents. We review the information before quoting so the request is handled as a technical procurement task rather than a generic product search.

How to send a useful Grundfos RFQ
